Isn't she the lucky one?
Despite of all the things that she may think she never had
Comparing her situation
To almost anyone else around the world
She can wake up in the morning, grab a cup of coffee
In her silky, smooth hand
Walking past the mirror, it could not be clearer
But she still doesn't understand
Isn't she the lucky one?
Even if she only sees her own little flaws
There is so much desperation in this world
It can be enlightening, even if it's frightening
To get out of that bubble you have
We are all just human, every man and woman
And we're better together, for sure
Isn't she the lucky one?
I know that sometimes it may seem like it is not the case
But she can feel safe at home
And that is more than most of us will ever have
She can take a shower with nobody around her
Or a nice little bubble bath
Take your time cleansing, try to wipe that soul clean
And be grateful for what you have
Isn't she the lucky one?
(What do you think?)
Isn't she the lucky one?
(What do you think?)
